Counterterrorism

Kenneth was part of a special envoy of public officials from New York City government sent to Israel to learn about counterterrorism, security, and emergency management. The delegation met with high-ranking Israeli officials and toured various regions of the nation, including the Golan Heights, the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and Jerusalem to learn counterterrorism and security tactics that could be brought back to the United States.
